When to use this form

When you want to apply for a product ruling if you are a promoter of the arrangement to which the ruling will apply, or if you are an authorised officer of the company making the application.

What you will need
  • A completed IR714 Application for Product Ruling form
  • Applicant's details and IRD number
  • The declaration must be witnessed by a solicitor, Justice of the Peace or any other person authorised to take a statutory declaration under section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957
