Use this form if you want to stop receiving domestic maintenance under a court order or voluntary agreement.

When to use this form

Use this form if you're entitled to receive domestic maintenance payments under a court order or voluntary agreement and you want it to stop, and:

  • there is no outstanding domestic maintenance owed by the liable parent
  • the liable parent still owes some domestic maintenance to you and you want us to collect it, or
  • the liable parent still owes some domestic maintenance to you but you'll collect it yourself.

Note

If the liable parent still owes you domestic maintenance you can choose to collect the debt yourself.

To do this you'll need to print an Authorisation not to collect child support or domestic maintenance (IR129) form, complete and sign it, then post it back to us.

What you will need

Only the person entitled to receive domestic maintenance can elect to withdraw from a court order or a voluntary agreement.
